With over thousands of employees in China, 14.32GW of wind energy installed and a growing footprint in key markets across China, CGN Wind Power will commit to using GWO standards for its workforce where appropriate and will contribute directly to their development going forward.

GWO members like CGN Wind Power collaborate to develop and set minimum standards for safety and technical training. The training is delivered by large employers like CGNWP and a growing network of more than 350 independent certified training providers in 40+countries around the world. Almost 90,000 people had a valid GWO training record by 31 December 2019.
像中广核风电这样的 GWO成员们，合作制定和设置了安全和技术培训的最低标准。GWO培训不光由包括中广核风电在内的众多雇主们提供，还有超过350家独立的培训机构在不断扩大GWO的培训网络，GWO培训网络现已遍布世界40余个国家。截止2019年12月31日，有近90,000人获得了有效的GWO培训记录。
In addition to becoming members of Global Wind Organisation, CGNWP has invested in its own GWO Certified Training Centre in Tianjin, which will provide safety and technical training for the company’s growing workforce and other third parties from the wind energy supply chain.
除了成为GWO的成员，中广核风电还在天津投资建设了自己的GWO认证培训中心，该培训中心将为其公司不断增长的员工和来自风能产业的其他第三方人员提供安全和技术培训。
